About Cescaphe White Concierge
Once a couple books a Cescaphe venue, they are paired with a dedicated Concierge Specialist who guides them through the planning process, learning their style, needs, and budget while providing ongoing support. The team assists with securing hotel room blocks and connecting couples with trusted vendors, offering insight into quality, pricing, and overall value. Over the 12–18 months leading up to the wedding, the Concierge team ensures a seamless experience before transitioning couples to their Event Manager, who finalizes details and oversees the event day.

Devan Ruggieri
I earned my Hospitality Management degree from Penn State in 2017 and began my career with Starr Catering at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Robin Museum. My passion for event coordination led me to Cescaphe, where I’ve spent over eight years growing from tour liaison to sales and marketing, and now serve as Director of the Concierge Program. I love helping couples create unforgettable moments and guiding our team to deliver exceptional experiences.
Francesca Volpe
I have been part of Cescaphe since I was a child, at firstwatching my family build the company, and then joining in myself to work eventsas soon as I was old enough. Throughout the years I have worked pretty muchevery position there is at a wedding from coat check, to busser, to server. Igraduated from Holy Family with a Nursing degree and after working at CHOP forseveral years, I could not ignore the excitement weddings bring me. Iofficially joined Cescaphe full time in 2021 and love every day that I get towelcome our brides and grooms into our family.
Keara Donohoe
After graduating from Saint Joseph’s University in 2020 Ilanded my first job working for a wedding design company. My passion for thewedding world quickly grew and that’s when I realized I wanted a bigger rolewith helping each bride and groom plan their big day! I then was hired atCescaphe as a part of the Concierge team, which was a dream job of mine. Inaddition to that I assist the tour department on weekends helping couple’s findtheir perfect wedding venue for their special day!
Jamie Gallagher
I graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management from Penn State University in 2017. Ever since, I have been working in banquets and events with weddings always being my favorite. I have recently joined the concierge team at Cescaphe and have been excited to focus more on my love for the wedding planning process. I could not be more excited to help couples create a beautiful day filled with unforgettable memories!

I graduated from Penn State in 2019 with a degree inCommunications and have been in the event industry ever since. Since college,I’ve worked in both New York City and Philadelphia, gaining experience incorporate events. After living near Cescaphe’s venues, attending theirweddings, and knowing their reputation, I always dreamed of working here - sojoining the team was a full-circle moment for me. As an Event Concierge, I help couples throughout theplanning process, making sure every detail comes together just how theyenvisioned. I love getting to know each couple and bringing their vision tolife - it’s so rewarding to be part of such a big milestone in their lives.
